For Cheerfully Made's TENTH BIRTHDAY, we collaborated with some of our favourite makers and we obviously couldn't do it without our friends at Aide Bodycare.
They concocted the yummiest lavender lemongrass soap (with a little cheerful branding moment on the label, too!)
We also asked ALL our makers to answer a few fun questions for the occasion. Here's what they said...
Q: What is your best memory of Cheerfully Made (shop or markets)?
A: Meeting Em at the One of A Kind show years ago when she sold candles. Those show days have connected me to some really incredible people. Networking with other business women who get what it's like to be in the industry is so important. It can be very lonely owning a business and it's important to surround yourself with people like Emily who genuinely support other small businesses and lift others up.
Her name truly is what she does for myself and others... she "cheers us on!"
Q: What were you thinking about when making this product?
A: Emily is so cheerful not only with her business but with the products she sells. The scent she picked, Lavender Lemongrass, is relaxing and uplifting. The colours she picked for her soap label excite and put a smile on your face. A wonderful natural soap to start or end your day.
Q: Do you have any wishes for Emily & Cheerfully Made for the next 10 years?
A: She has built a beautiful empire to support her family, her community, her team members and all the other small businesses she carries in her shop. My wish is for you to continue to live your best life just as you are now... I'm so lucky to have just a small part of it. xo
